It is encouraging to read each passage that mentions the different miracles/signs that Jesus Christ did. You will find it interesting and enlightening that when more than one gospel mentions the same miracle, the writer looks at this from a different angle and with a different aspect, they do not merely copy each other. For example, Matthew mentions the healing of the blind men, and the demon possessed men, while Mark mentions that there was one man blind (Bartimaeus) and one demon possessed man. It is good to think about these things and the addition or subtraction of details. It will be a blessing.
Perhaps a final note on the miracles. These miracles or signs have a spiritual meaning for the nation of Israel and also for us who were far away from God, and the Lord uses these illustrations to show His power over nature and over the devil. It is good and encouraging to look at the spiritual aspects of these miracles in your private study time and at the same time read the epistles of Paul as they allude to the spiritual condition of each one of us before coming to know Jesus Christ as Saviour.
Really good stuff. Thank you!
